“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

Outreach Ministries

Participating in one or more of our many activities can give us all a sense of pride and accomplishment in the name of our Parish community.

Sack Lunches

Sack Lunches

Donate sandwiches, fruit, chips and a drink once a month to feed Denver’s homeless. Sack lunches are delivered to Volunteers of America.  If you would like to help, please contact the church office or sign up below.

OUTREACH TO THE HOMEBOUND

OUTREACH TO THE HOMEBOUND

Be part of a ministry to bring personal contact to the sick and shut-ins.  Be in touch with a parishioner by card, phone, email, you decide.  Remind the person that there is a parish who wishes to “keep in touch” and who prays for them.

GABRIEL HOUSE

GABRIEL HOUSE

The Gabriel Project is a ministry of Catholic Charities within the Archdiocese of Denver, providing help to pregnant women in need. It also helps new moms and families in need of clothing, diapers, formula and other necessities. The Gabriel House is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Volunteers are required to do a one day training that is provided by Catholic Charities.

FOOD BANK

FOOD BANK

Holy Family is proud to support two different food banks in the nearby area.  As parishioners donate, this ministry delivers non-perishable food products and canned goods, to the Bienvenidos or St. Catherine’s food banks.  The parish also makes periodic cash contributions to these organizations.
